Facebook Deals---Anyone using them?

Has anyone used the new Deals app for Facebook yet?

The first deal I used ran for a week and expired this past Friday and now I can’t make another Deal. Anyone have any idea why I can’t create another Deal?

It looks like the whole advertising administration component of the site is down at the moment - I can’t access that page at all. I’m sure they’re just changing something purely for the sake of change.
