I started a business “presence” on Facebook a year ago and sucessfully used it to market our restaurant. The problem occurred when i was messing around with the profile section, just to see what it was. Well I left the page open and walked away and when my computer turned off…i had a profile! now i can’t get rid of it! Now i can get friends but it’s a mess with people unable to find my shop but find my profoile, likes have slowed etc. Of course facebook cannot be contacted and offer zero support. My question is how do i get rid of the profile? any help much apprciated!
