Anyone here having trouble getting flour, and if so are you switching brands? Pillsbury just shut their plant down for 2 weeks. Cost of flour is up almost double.
We had problems months ago and have been keeping a 20 bag buffer ever since. Also started running experiments with alternate flours so we could switch if needed.
Only got half my order today. Sales rep says the flour companies started allocating to the distributors, so one week one distributor will get their order and the next week another will.
