Does anyne know whether or not suppliers such as Sysco or US Foods allow you to e-mail or fax a food list so that you can recieve prices & product items?
My rep took whatever format I would give her so she could try to get my business. Get in touch with the local distributors and find out the person who would handle your account. That person would handle the food list and quote . . . no “customer service” department to route these things. That is only in the experience I’ve had.
