Hi all I have been using Grande WM Shredded Mozz since 2011,very happy with it.Now we are starting to make a GrandMa pizza and thinking of getting Grande Avorio Fresh Mozz but my Distributor does not stock it.What is the BEST Sliced fresh Mozz that you good folks use on your Grandma pizza?
