Pastes are generally the lowest quality product in a tomato line because long processing and lots of heat to get that water to leave. I am guessing it tastes a little flat and not so tomatoey as you want it to be? Got a cooked tomato flavor you didn’t use to have?
no change in color or taste out of can.
after mixing,seems frothy…been using this product for over ten years.
while mixing,a batch yesterday and the day b-4,it expanded over the top of mixer all over the floor,like soap was in it.
