garlic buffalo sauce

It could be as simple as substituting a garlic flavored liquid margarine for the margarine in the ‘regular’ recipe. I haven’t used this sort of recipe, but that’s where I would start. Simple, no botulin issues, sturdy garlic flavor, could be one set of measurements with just the substituted product.

Our version of garlic buffalo or hot garlic is made by simply combining our garlic wing sauce plus hot sauce. Our garlic sauce is made by combining:

Whirl (or equivalent)
Minced garlic
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Basil

Use hand/stick mixer to blend together then add hot sauce and shake in container to mix. Voila, you have garlic buffalo sauce!
