Trying to maximize my deck oven space for my restaurant.
I know we typically see only a double-stack for deck ovens. However, I know bakers pride makes a 3 deck stubby and I see some older pizzerias with a 3 deck stack (DiFara, L&B.)
Does anyone here know if it’s possible to do a 3 stack of bakers pride y600s, if we lower the bottom deck closer to the floor? Or would it be too much weight on the bottom deck?
Also, if this is not a possibility with the y600 ovens are there any gas deck ovens that can be stacked 3 high?
