Getting ready for trade

Hi Guys,

We are just getting ready to trade.

We are setting up a delivery only business that will be pizza and alcohol delivery once our license is finalised.

We are using a Prisma Touch n Go dough roller and a Middleby Marshall PS540 gas oven. Cook time is at 260° - 6:30 (200g balls stretched to 13"

IMHBCO…a bit ‘heavy’ on the size of the Basil…a little goes a long way…

Many folks ‘chiffonade’ the Basil…(roll up several leaves & thinly slice) and scatter over the top…
