Does anyone have creative ideas for 3rd grade Brownie troop’s Christmas float??? We have about 20 girls, a trailer and a truck, and limited funds to work with!! The parade theme is “Christmas in the Heartland” All suggestions are appreciated!!! How does the chicken wire and tissue paper thing work???[/b]

You build a frame and staple the chicken wire to it then stuff the holes with tissue. Then you pray it doesn’t rain and the wind doesn’t blow.
