We have a wonderful italian dressing that people always want to buy… we fill a gallon jug 1/4 red wine vinegar 3/4 with oil (we use soy )one tlbspoon garlic, salt , pepper and oregano… very simple and cheap and great for dipping bread and on anything… we use it on all our sandwiches too… Let me no how it goes pam and Joe

There was a successful Italian/Greek restaurant in my hometown for years until the death of the owner a few years back.
Their recipe for their Greek salad dressing was the same as yours, except I don’t think they added garlic. Their pizza wasn’t very good, in my opinion, but they were very successful selling a lot of salads with that dressing.
