GOOGLE Online Ordering with ChowNow

Question, when someone Googles our shop name and clicks on Order Pickup or Order Delivery via ChowNow why are customers paying aditional 15% above our prices?
If customers click into our website from google and order via ChowNow the prices are correct.

That is a good question. Is the 15% going in to you?
My POS automatically ads 10% on 3rd party orders ot offset the extra cost.
