I’ve done some looking and even ran across some home-made ideas in the forum but has anyone run across a combo gas/wood pellet brick oven? I’m looking closely at Forno Bravo for their NG oven. I’m waiting on a return call from them to see if it’s something we can have made custom… but in the mean time, any ideas would be great.
