Can anyone shed some light on the differences in dough quality/baking difference using a heated and non heated press?
P pizzafanatic New member Dec 2, 2022 #2 The heated pizza press is nice because the dough is cold and stiff. The heat will make it more pliable and easier to work with. I’ve never used a non heated press, but I can only imagine it would be a lot more work.
