We currently have 2 crust one is our Hand Tossed Original, the other is Saint Louis Style.
We want to introduce a new crust but having a hard time naming it.
Our hand tossed is your traditional pizza crust with an edge
Our St. Louis is thin and crispy with provel cheese no edge
The new crust is a cross between the two. Thin, No Edge, not crispy.
It is completely different than the St. Louis Thin in taste and look.
We are afraid people will be confused when ordering. Most people order st. louis by saying thin.
Any ideas?
