I have been following your pizza story on the boards for about a year or so. First of, congratulations on the trailer–looks great & getting your place open. Most board members will attest to the fact that opening a pizza shop is not unlike pushing a bowling ball up a flagpole. We all deal (initially & ongoing) with the same issues you are facing. Your probably feeling a little bit burnt out. My suggestion, take one entire day off & then don’t stop. Do it by yourself anyway you can. If you only get a few orders for lunch then open a couple of hours later, if it’s all lunch & no dinner then switch it up. Momentum is a big part of this business & creating something from nothing don’t come easy. Don’t stop now!
