Hot Dog Stuffed Crust Pizza

I call this “circus pizza”. They been doing stuff like this in Asia for a long time. I guess the Brits finally gave it a try.

Too funny! I read this post Saturday morning (Tokyo time) and the first customers that came into my shop (an American and a Canadian) were talking about it as they were waiting for their very traditional pepperoni pizza.

I’ve tried it and I can’t say that I liked it. Of course I am not a fond lover of hotdogs on a pizza either so that should have not come as a surprise. To me, the flavors are just too different. I’ve had it with Italian sausage wrapped up in the crust and that wasn’t too bad, but I have to draw the line at hotdogs.
In case you’re wondering, yes, I do like hotdogs, ain’t nothin’ finer than a Chicago dog! Sonic really made my day when they introduced the Chicago dog to their local menu.
