I am in a college town and I plan to have dine-in as well as carryout and delivery…I’ve already decided that i will be open till 3:00 am…should that just be for delivery and carryout or should I also allow dine-in till that time?

With last call at 2 am you could wind up with some dine in if you are close to some bars. That of course is if you are willing to deal with the drunks and all that comes with that! At the very least you could have some good carry out deals to satisfy their hunger.
