Are you talking about the Breakeven calculator in the Manager’s Toolbox on the home page of this site? If so, plug in your sales numbers, and then plug in your food costs and other information listed and it will calculate percentages and breakevens…
At the bottom, just beneath the bar charts, there are two tabs…one says “Key Indicator Calculator” and one says “2”. Click on the “2” and it will bring it up as an Excel document. Then go to “File” and “save as” and save it where you want it. Email me at [email protected] if you still have problems.
