I am currently doing interviews for a new assistant manager and wanted to get some feedback on what your goto interview process is like? I usually try to get a feel for the person in general, what there future plans are, what there like outside of work etc… since I feel like the job is trainable easily enough for most people. I really want to make sure I nail this hire though.
