How do you post a photo so it is stored on TT?

How do you post a photo so it is stored on TT? I want to post an image that will be kept on TT versus external server…How do I do that?..I can not seem to find photo gallery any more…I want the images to be available here rather than relying on an external server…

You have to do it while you are making a post now.

Edit: Scroll down in the photo to see the section. Apparently there is a height limit on images on this board.
