How does Pizza Hut make their pasta dishes?

Was wondering how does Pizza Hut make their 2 pasta dishes they have?
I assume it’s all pre-cooked with the sauce inside a aluminum container and they just take the lid off and throw it in the conveyor… then stir and throw the lid back on and go.

That sound about right?

All I have is a MM ps360, no stove or steam table for boiling water so I’m just wondering.

We use a flash frozen noodle made by Marzetti. They make a penne noodle and an elbow. Just put in a tub and add warm water. We make mostaccioli and we do mac and cheese with them. They have to go through the oven twice,first time with just the sauce and noods then 2nd time with our 4 blend on top
