Huge question.....

Recently I found out that I have based on size and volume the #1 Pizza Hut in the country just down the street from me. With this store jsut opening about 5 weeks ago. I am going to try door hanging, is there anything else I can do to combat this?

What is your “point of differentiation?” What makes your store different from Pizza Hut? That is the 1st place to start - don’t just door hang unless you have a message to market/advertise with.

With them only open 5 weeks, They are in their honeymoon period. Sales will most likely drop in the coming weeks. Make sure menus, boxtoppers go out with each order and give good service.
