I just saw a rant on FaceBook take off...

A few weeks back I had an issue with a local pizza place…Last night on a local FaceBook Group (closed) I saw a “rant” (her description) posted about the same business…Less than 5 hours later 30+ locals piled on…I think this operation has a lot of “remediation” to do if they want to dig out of this mess…

It is sad to see this…I deal with at least a dozen in this chain and they seem to be well run…

I went looking for their own FaceBook page and it appears to be gone…Wonder if they shut it down when they got similar comments there…

It got to 200+ posts in the thread and now has been deleted…There was a trend that the owner would not accept that anything was wrong…
