R Raj1 Member Sep 14, 2020 #1 Trying a new recipe I am using Fresh yeast from last 15 years Heard a lot about IDY. Trying it first time. Just simply add .375% of the flour in dry flour. Mix it then add all other ingredients Hope it will make good batch.
