Impasti spiral mixer

I know that this company does’t exist in the US anymore, but I think I recall a PMQ disscusion that they were purchased by another mixer company. I can’t seem to find any info about who purchased in searching this think tank or the old one. Anyone else remember this and/or know who purchased them?

What did you find out about the mixer? What is your particular issue? I just had to do some service on mine today.
