In PA- Employee Health?

Those of us in PA are required to have some kind of employee health regulation?? My health inspector mentioned it last time we had an inspection. It’s in regards to communicable diseases, etc, but I’m not sure exactly what it’s supposed to say. Can anyone email me theirs?

I’ve never heard of that. Maybe they were talking about being Food Safe Certified ?

I’d suggest you call your inspector back and ask them to clarify what they require. They love people that are intrested in complying with the law.
