Beer, wine, and liquor can add a great amount to your bottom line. Right now you are missing out on some food sales due to people not choosing you because they want an ice cold beer with their meal. Then of course some of your current customers would probably enjoy a drink or two as well. So it is kind of a double whammy, you will sell more food in addition to the alcohol sales. You can’t beat the margins either. Just make sure you follow all the laws when it comes to alcohol service, and always play it safe and cut people off before they need to be or sooner or later you and your insurance company will wind up in court!
