Industry statistics

Hello everyone,

I hope the world is treating you fair! The question I have is, does anyone have any industry statistics for 2007? I found the numbers for '06 and they will work for my business plan, but I would rather have newer numbers.

Any help is much appreciated.

PMQ and/or Pizza Today runs a pizzeria survey every year. Start there. Then look up RestaurantOwner.com. They do a restaurant industry survey.
