i been using dry active yeast for years but when i use quick rise instant yeast some time it does not rise.
is there a video on line to show how to use instant yeast 20 kg bag of flour.

I think the main thing is to not let the instant yeast contact your cold water
You can mix it with warm water if you like - or not
If you’re mixing in a VCM, you should use active dry or rehydrate your instant yeast in warm water
You don’t need to rehydrate instant yeast. That’s why it’s called “instant.” Doing that in warm (whatever the definition of that is) water is adding an even greater risk of a bad result.
Be sure you know the right quantity of instant yeast. Instant Dry Yeast is usually 0.375%. That’s 75 grams for 20 kg of flour. There could also be something else in your dough handling after mixing that’s causing a problem.
