who would I call if I had an idea what I would like starting with a white box design, give me a good working model…ie best place for lighting and best kind of lighting/color contrast and themes

Call your local college and ask for someone in the interior design/architecture dept. A professor from our community college came over absolutely free of charge; I had some ideas and he tweaked them for me.
