Hi All,
Now that we have our chat window set up on the main page of the Think Tank, we’ve invited our first guest expert to join us on Thursday, March 7, at 9:00 a.m. Central time (we’ll test different times in future chats).
Josh Davis from Mail Shark in Mohnton, Pennsylvania, will be answering your questions about MENU ENGINEERING and showing you how to make more money by tweaking just a few simple things on your existing menu.
We’ll try to keep the chat around 30 minutes, since everyone has pizzerias to run, but feel free to stick around afterward if you want to continue chatting.
In the meantime, use this thread to post questions you have about boosting profits through the layout of your menu. This will help kick things off once the chat commences.
