Just Bought New Lincolns

I just traded in my 30+ year old Blodgetts for two new Lincoln X2. I worked with a company out of AZ called Parts Depot - fabulous experience. I had been putting off investing the money but now that they’re here and working, I’m sorry I waited so long.

Does Lincoln still manufacture X-2’s or are these new old stock?

They are used. They came out of a Pizza Hut and are 6 years old. But considering my old Blodgetts were 30 years old, these are like new to me.

I had one of the first of the EFlow ovens which turned into the X-2’s when Lincoln bought the company. It cooked well and was pretty trouble free. I upgraded some time later to a Lincoln X-2 which had their custom control module and had lot’s of problems. I sold it after a few years as I constantly seemed to be waiting for parts or service. I assume Lincoln would have fixed the reliability issues as time went on. If so, you’ll be happy with them.
