Keep next delivery order fresh when waiting for driver to return?

Hi

When the delivery driver is still out on the road, and you can’t quite tell when he’ll return due to potential traffic conditions, how do you keep the next delivery order warm/hot? Do you hold onto the order and bake it only after the driver returns?

Get a heating rack or put it In a hot bag.
Our pos tracks out drivers live on a map and we know exactly where they are at all times and when they return. It really helps dispatching runs.
