Anyone doing the LaNova Ribs? I tried them at a Roma food show last week and I liked them, I just doen’t know if they will sell or be worth the hassle. If you do have them, what do you charge for an order and what size is an order?

Interesting - are they full size or “mini”? Roma has (had) a mini BBQ rib that was outstanding. We added them to our new menu and 2 weeks later they discontinued. Could have been because they called them “pork bites” - bad marketing move.

Anyway, I’d still love to have them on the menu. Are the LaNova full size? How do they taste? Do you run them through the oven?
