Good afternoon,

I have questions for someone who is specialist in oven. What are the differences between these two oven ?
I have to buy one conveyor oven which one do you recommend me ?
I have used Lincoln 3255 and I know it’s a very good oven with a short cooking time(5 min for a 13’ pizza) what about Marshall ?
Thanks a lot for answering

The Lincoln and Middleby ovens both bake an excellent pizza.

The Middleby is vastly more difficult to clean. Most 555 users contract out their oven cleaning.

The Lincoln is simple to clean. The Middleby has more parts to go bad.

Why not consider the XLT oven. The Lincoln oven is a knock off of the XLT 3255 . The XLT is less costly then the other two and has a five year warranty, the others do not.

The XLT is used by Costco Wholesale, Domino’s, Little Caesar’s and many others

Do XLT ovens have also the same time cooking than 2 others ??
With the lincoln 3255 I used to cook a 13" pizza in only 5 min.
  • Can I expect same timing with XLT ?
  • What about gas consumption with XLT if I compare with 2 others ?
Thank you George.

There is no reason that they would not. The major companies switched to XLT not to get less performance.

AS they are basically the same oven
Lincoln and XLT there should be no difference.
