Hi, question for the oven experts… What is the downside of the Lincoln 3270-X2 style oven? Seems like a good idea?

Thank you. Enough said… Since I posted ,I found the specs… 200,000 btu sounds like add “expensive to run” to that list lol…

There have been past discussions on this oven and it seems to me that when it was replaced by an XLT oven, the user was saving 300.00 a month…

The Lincoln 3270-X 2 I another example of trying to take a basically flawed design and make a good oven out of it. Usually that does not work.

The oven in question is a knock off of the E-Flow oven originally designed by the manufactures of the XLT ovens. Those folks wisely gave up on the design and sold it to an engineering firm that thought they could perfect the design. They tried but failed and then sold the design to Lincoln. Apparently they have or will soon discontinue production of the 3270-X 2.
