looking for an oven

i am looking for an oven that i can cook my pizza directly on wireshelf right above uncovered electric element like home oven i find that to be the best way to cook pizza do they have these style of ovens out there or does the brick oven have the same effect ? cause when used to cook my pizza on a stone in my home oven it did not rise much the same recipe cook directly on the shelf great improvment please help thanks

I know of no commercial oven that bakes pizza using the method you describe.

Do you intend to do pizza as a business? If so I would suggest you consider the ovens used by the most successful pizza chains.
