For the March issue of PMQ Pizza Magazine, we are doing a story about pizzeria operators who ran businesses that were not successful, and find out why. We are asking what were their crucial mistakes, and in what areas—i.e., daily operations, marketing, menu and food preparation, bookkeeping and finances, debt management, etc. We want to illustrate some examples of mistakes that can cost you your business.

That’s funny. I was just thinking that I wish you guys would do follow-up stories on some of the “interesting” concepts you have featured over the years. Mainly, how many are still in business five years later? Also, these lists of big chains that say “Increase in no. of units last year = 26”. That’s interesting, but how many did they open? Meaning how many closed last year?
