We are trying to build our lunch business up. We will have 2 postcards going out. One will have some standard lunch specials. Any ideas on some very aggressive specials? we can not do free or % off as these postcards will be going out multiple times to the same customers

I would say combo deals work best. Do a slice of pizza and maybe a salad or garlic knots and a drink for the price of a slice and a drink or a slice and the appetizer. That usually goes really well.

Obviously, buffet is your best bet, but if you don’t have that option, I always had a small 2 topping and a drink for $xx.xx price point special. Most times it was $6.99, but you’ll have to figure out which price point you can live with. We also did 15 minutes or its free, but I always cheated with about 10-20 skins already slapped out right before the lunch rush started. Good luck!

2 Slices and a can of soda for $6. We drop it to $5 in slow season.
