What do you guys pay your Managers? What benefits do you offer?

I’m deciding to invest in other opportunities and want to become more of an absentee owner. I would still be involved in marketing and things like that, but all day to day stuff would be up to the Manager.

$500/week plus a potential of 20% of the profits. Broken down:

100% = full bonus (20%)

25% - hit food cost goal
25% - hit labor cost goal
25% - sales over budget
10% - product
10% - service
5% - store inspections

One week vacation, health insurance. If you’re bigger, 401K.
