Managers toolbox...

Hi, I have seen j-Orrk mention the managers tool box at this link.

Here is my problem, I cant seem to figure out how to work it. I deleted the exsisting numbers, then enterned my numbers. I cant understand what it is trying to say, and the graph doesnt update.

If anyone has a few minutes to explain it to me that would be great. thanx!!

Are you referring to the Break Even Analysis? If so, the top section is the result of you toggling the numbers in the bottom section. Adjust the settings in the bottom section as you see your store performing. Adjust your sales so that your break even would be $0 or near $0 and that’s the sales you must do in order to break even. -J_r0kk
