Hey everyone - Just wondering if i could ask a question thats part of a research topic I’m doing on Pizza?
This is more concerned with fast take away pizza outlets i.e. Domino’s rather than the gourmet pizzerias.
“What drives bigger sales, product innovation or promotional innovation?”
I was thinking promotional innovation would be more important here as with larger take away pizza stores the product is relatively similar across the board - good promotional innovation is what distinguishes one Pizza store from another.
As professionals in the industry what do you think?
