Mentality of stupid people

This is what we as business owners deal with… this is exactly why i dont use 3rd party drivers, let alone deliver, we are takeout only

I have 3 part time drivers. Pre Covid I had 3 full time driver and 10 part time driver. I can’t find drivers. The do prep and dishes. I have my own children door dash for quick money and they tell me they don’t have to do dishes.

I have problems with 3rd party also. I don’t understand why my customers switch to the 3rd party providers which are priced higher than my website.
