I am looking at a Middleby 536 in another country and was told they offer 3 finger outer plates; a 4, 6, and blank.
I am having trouble getting info on the 4 and 6; mainly, how many holes there are or the approximate air flow percentage for those panels.
Would anyone here know anything about them? Also, are there other panels for this oven available?
