Does any one on here use their ovens? I have a P110G in my restaurant and my igniters go out on a regular basis. My old supplier for the igniters now no longer represent the company. I have ordered new ones from Italy which was over 2 weeks ago and have not received the shipment yet!
If you do us the gas version, where do you get you spare parts from.
