Most useful reports?

Hi everyone!

With regard to reporting, what 3 reports do you find the most useful for running your shop? And what POS system do you use? In speaking with many owners, it sounds like very few have one report that they run for close/end of day, is this the same for you?

I like Toast. It seems to be the most user friendly. Which I need since we have a lot of young folks working with us. And you can integrate door dash orders directly to the POS instead of having to use the silly tablet.
