Moving.... input/advice... mistakes please!!!

We are about to move our location from 4500 to 2500. Does anyone have any advice on dealing with these lovely landlords. Any mistakes or items you wish you would have asked for or have done differently? I would love any input please!!! Thank you in advance and I hope everyone has a successful year in 2008. Yepper, I moved a location across the street because my previous location had no parking and gained 18% in sales. When I say “across the street” I mean my previous address was 205 and now I am 206.

i had to move twice, and it hurt sales both times… i moved about a mile away, so there were people that drove by the old place and just assumed we went out of business…even though there was a big sign in the window saying we moved. the second time we moved back closer to our first location and again same thing… also as fat boy said make sure u don’t lose parking!
