mushroom pricing

has anybody seen an increase on the mushroom??
last time i bought 10 cases of canned mushroom @ $27 each
now one month later the average is $ 39 and my suppliers are telling me its only gonna go up more.
whats going on in the mushroom market anyone knows?

I’m not sure what’s going on in the mushroom market, but ours are up substantially as well. Mushrooms and black olives are both through the roof for us.
