Naked Pizza’s Gulf Countries & India area developer is seeking a very dynamic and experienced director of operations to join its high-octane corporate team to help grow the company across the Gulf Countries and India.
Naked Pizza opened its first international store in Dubai (re-branded N_K_D Pizza in the region) in 2011 and now has five stores and 200 rock star managers and employees. It also has an airline inflight catering and retail pizza production division with another store under construction in Abu Dhabi and more in the pipeline.
The right candidate has at least ten years of chain, carryout and delivery pizza experience with at least three years of regional or multi-unit responsibility. The position requires comprehensive operational proficiency including, daily operations, training and development, marketing, store development, product development, systems, maintenance, commissary operations and supply chain management. She or he has boundless energy, a full commitment to perfect operations, an uncompromising and fanatical attention to detail and is highly proficient at developing individuals within teams.
